How to order

Click on this link "ORDER FORM" to download the order form. Complete it and email it to us at music@KidzDJ.com.

Alternatively, please email us at music@KidzDJ.com the following details:-

1. Choose your album design (see the picture on the right) or email us your design, photo or the child's art.
2. Provide us the recipient's (child or adult) name. We will email you to confirm the availability of the name. Our database has about 2,000 names to meet your requirement.
3. Provide us your message to be printed (For example "Happy Birthday", "Especially for you", "Merry Christmas", "Love you" etc. Limited to 18 characters only for proper layout).
4. Sender's name (For example "From Aunty Linda", "Love Brian", "Love mummy & daddy", etc).

For delivery purpose, include the following details in your email to us:-

i. Your name
ii. Your delivery address (with postal code)
iii. Your contact number

We will email you our bank account details once we receive your email order. Payment mode should be made via cash deposit, cheque payment or online funds transfer. We are currently setting-up online payment mode (e.g. paypal) for your convenience and will keep you updated. Meanwhile, we are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.

There is a delivery and handling charge of RM5 for delivery in Malaysia (including Sabah and Sarawak) for 1 and 2 CD order.
